l Nordson Corporation has expanded its powder customer test lab in Amherst, OH. With the new testing capabilities, the 143,000-square foot facility can run six independent customer tests simultaneously, while providing a complete range of Nordson systems that can accommodate an unlimited number of part configurations, according to the company. Nordson debuted its expanded powder test lab at an open house for powder coatings materials suppliers and other powder coating industry professionals.
“In our expanded state-of-the-art customer test facility, we can duplicate any production coating operation, using the customers’ parts and coating material, and operating at their line speeds,” said Herb Turner, vice president, powder coating systems. “With it we can provide proof that any Nordson system will meet or exceed our customer’s coating requirements.”
